摘要 以某含油污水处理厂二级出水为研究对象,采用高锰酸钾预氧化技术与常规混凝沉淀工艺组合联用,研究KMnO4预氧化-混凝沉淀组合工艺对含油废水的处理效果。通过单因素试验分析了工艺最佳反应条件,结果表明:KMnO4的预氧化作用能够提高混凝剂PAC对污染物的去除效果;KMnO4的最优投加方式为在PAC前投加,投加量为2.5 mg/L,KMnO4的最佳预氧化时间为9 min;PAC的最优投加量为110 mg/L,沉淀时间为65 min,pH值范围为6.5-7.5;在该条件下,油和CODcr的去除率可达到70%和81%,约分别提高了14.38%,6.85%。 Taking secondary effluent from an oily wastewater plant as study object, treatment efficiency of combined process of KMnO4 pre-oxidation and conventional coagulation sedimentation process for the secondary effluent was studied. Through the single factor experiment, the optimum reaction conditions were analyzed. The results show that the pre-oxidation of KMnO4 is useful to improving pollutants removal efficiency of PAC coagulation sedimentation; optimal dosing method of KMnO4 is to add in front of the PAC dosing, the dosage is 2.5 mg/L, and the optimum pre-oxidation time is 9 min. PAC optimal dosage is 110 mg/L, settling time is 65 min, p H is in the range from 6.5 to 7.5; under above conditions, oil and CODcr removal rates can reach to 70% and 81%, respectively.
