摘要
基于热平衡原理,设计了沥青混合料比热容测试系统,阐述了系统各参数的确定方法及热量损失的标定方法.采用已知比热容的黄铜,验证测试系统的可靠性.利用该测试系统,测定了多种沥青混合料在60~70℃的比热容.通过考察可知:沥青混合料比热容与空隙率大小成正相关;随集料种类变化的沥青混合料,比热容大小排序为c(蛇纹岩)〉c(角闪岩)〉c(石灰岩)〉c(辉绿岩)〉c(花岗岩);随沥青种类变化的沥青混合料,SBSI-C改性沥青混合料比热容大于基质沥青混合料比热容;所测试沥青混合料比热容大小为750~1 150 J·(kg·℃)-1.
The test system of specific heat capacity for asphalt mixture was designed based on the heat balance principle. The parameters of test system were determined,and the heat loss was adjusted. The reliability of test system was verified by the brass with known specific heat capacity. The specific heat capacity of many kinds of asphalt mixture were tested at temperature of 60 to 70 ℃ by the test system.The results show that the specific heat capacity of asphalt mixture has positive correlation with voidage size. The decreasing sequence of specific heat capacity of asphalt mixture is c( serpentinite),c( amphibolite),c( limestone),c( diabase) and c( granite). The specific heat capacity of SBSI-C modified asphalt mixture is more than that of matrix asphalt mixture. The specific heat capacities of asphalt mixture tested in the paper are from 750 J·( kg·℃)- 1to 1 150 J·( kg·℃)- 1.
