摘要
提出了一种压电半球谐振陀螺的数字检测方法。该检测方法基于Cyclone IV FPGA开发板,结合AD9226的A/D采样功能和Matlab的数字信号处理能力,实现了对采用压电效应、柯氏效应的压电半球谐振陀螺的输出信号进行采集及检测。介绍了该陀螺的结构和工作原理,并以其工作在89.4 k Hz的体声波二波腹模态下的仿真结果为基础设计了数字检测方法。
A digital detection method for the piezoelectric hemispherical resonator gyro is presented. This detection method is based on Cyclone IV FPGA development board,and combines the A/D sampling function of AD9226 with digital signal processing ability of Matlab to acquire and detect the output signal of the piezoelectric hemispherical resonator gyro with piezoelectric effect and Coriolis effect. The structure and working principle of the gyro are introduced. The digital detection method was designed based on the simulation result that the gyro works at bulk acoustic wave 2 antinode modal of 89.4 k Hz.
