摘要
建立更加公平更可持续的社会保障制度,是坚持共享发展理念的体现。"十二五"时期,宁夏社会保障制度体系更加成熟、定型,为"十三五"时期社会保障事业发展奠定了坚实基础。要打造社会保障"升级版",必须坚持"城乡一体、提升质量、促进公平"的思路,以适应性、可持续性为重点,统筹推进城乡社会保障制度改革,推进城乡社会保障一体化建设。
To build a fairer and more sustainable social security system is the embodiment of adhering to the concept of shareable development. In ＂the twelfth five-year＂ period, Ningxia social security system is becoming more mature and formulated, which will lay a solid foundation for the development of social security system in ＂the thirteenth five - year＂ period. In order to build the ＂upgraded version＂ of social security system, it is a must to adhere to the idea of ＂urban and rural integration, quality improvement, fair promotion＂, to emphasize adaptability and sustainability, to promote the reform, and to push the integration of urban and rural social security construction.
