摘要
随着新课改的进行,对整个农村教师队伍的要求有了更高的要求,同时也让农村教师的素质有了很大的提高。笔者针对农村教师现状,就如何使农村教师专业化更好地发展进行了探讨。
The new curriculum reform gives teachers in rural areas have higher requirements, and at the same time ask for greatly improving of teachers＇ quality. Based on the present situation of rural teachers, the author discusses how to better develop rural teachers＇ speciality.
