多发性硬化症潜在生物学标记物miRNAs的研究进展

miRNA in multiple sclerosis: potential biological markers

摘要 多发性硬化症(MS)是一种累及中枢神经系统的自身免疫性疾病,发病机制复杂。免疫系统的失调在MS的发病过程中起着重要作用。近来研究发现miRNA参与MS的发病过程,主要作用于MS患者的中枢神经细胞和免疫细胞,其作为核内关键调控分子参与多种机体细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡等生物学行为。因此,miRNA有望成为一个新的生物诊断,现就miRNA生物学特性及将在MS中成为新的生物标记物研究进展进行综述。 Multiple sclerosis(MS) is a kind of autoimmune disease which effects the central nervous system, and its pathogenesis is complex. Disorder of the immune system plays an important role in the pathogenesis of MS. Recently researchers have found that miRNA involved in the onset of MS, which targeted in the axoneure and immune cell. It participates in cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and other biological behavior as key regulatory molecules in the core of cell. Therefore, miRNA will be a new biological diagnosis of MS in the future, this review summarized the biological characteristics of miRNA and its role in MS as new biomarkers.
