摘要
目的:探讨形成性评价在外科学临床实习教学中的应用效果.方法:以我校2013级110名临床医学本科实习生为教学对象,分为改革组(n=55)和对照组(n=55).改革组运用形成性评价教学和评价方式,对照组采用终结性评价方法.结果:改革组学生总评成绩结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),改革组学生认可和支持形成性评价体.结论:形成性评价得到了学生认可,有利于提高外科学临床实习的教学质量.
AIM:To evaluate the application of formative evalu?ation in surgery clinical practice teaching. METHODS:A total of 110 clinical medicine undergraduate interns in Grade 2013 were recruited in this study. 55 students in the reform group received formative evaluation, while the other 55 students in the control group received summative evaluation. RESULTS: The reform group students’ grades were better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). The students in the reform group accepted and suported the formative evaluation. CONCLUSION: Formative evaluation is accepted by clinical medicine undergraduate interns and can improve the quality of surgery clinical practice teaching.
