摘要
目的 对比分析远端胃癌应用胃小弯全切术与传统的胃癌根治术的治疗效果.方法 选取我院2010 年1 月～2012 年9 月收治的远端胃癌患者70 例为研究对象,随机分为2 组,对照组给予传统的胃癌根治术治疗,观察组给予胃小弯全切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果 观察组每例患者平均淋巴结清除数为（29.05±9.14）个,明显多于对照组的（18.64±9.21）个;观察组术后3 年生存率分别为88.57%、80%、60%,均高于对照组77.14%、60%、51.43%;观察组术后3 年复发率为8.57%,明显高于对照组25.71%;观察组术后并发症发生率为17.14%,明显低于对照组34.29%.结论 胃小弯全切术相较于传统的胃癌根治术用于远端胃癌的治疗中,效果更为显著,能够降低并发症,减少复发,值得推广.
objective to contrast analysis of distal gastric cancer application full of gastric small turn cut method with the traditional treatmentof gastric cancer radical effect. Conclusion the stomach is little cut method compared with the traditional used in thetreatment of distal gastric cancer, gastric cancer radical effect more significant, can reduce complications, reduce the recurrence, is worth promoting.
