摘要
针对冶金企业档案管理中存在的问题,指出对档案管理人员进行有效的培训,完善档案管理制度,对档案管理工作方式进行创新,对企业档案管理过程中的信息化水平进行有效的提升,加快档案信息化建设是做好档案工作的必然要求。
