摘要 沈阳地铁汪河路站~曹仲站区间右线由于地层中回填建筑垃圾导致盾构掘进施工受阻,开仓对泥水管路清理后问题仍未解决。根据地质补勘结果,结合本标段车站围护结构施工经验,通过经济、成本及风险等多方面对明挖换填、注浆加固等施工方案进行分析比对,最终选用钢板桩做围护结构的明挖换填方案。本文全面分析和总结了本次盾构受阻处理的盾构脱困处理、围护结构型式设计、换填料选择等关键技术,经实施该方案效果良好,对类似工程有一定的借鉴作用。 The right line shield tunneling construction of Shenyang metro Wanghelu Station to Caozhong Station was hampered by interval construction waste backfilling,the problem of the muddy water pipeline cleaning was still unresolved by entering into the TBM working chamber. According to the supplemental geological prospecting results,in combination with the construction experience of station retaining structure,and through comparative analysis of replacing with cut and cover scheme and grouting reinforcement from the aspects of economy,cost and risk,finally,we used steel sheet pile retaining structure for replacing with cut and cover scheme. This paper fully analyzed and summarized the key techniques such as difficulty handling for shield machine,design of retaining structure,selection of filling. It was shown that the scheme played a good effect after the implementation,and it could provide a certain reference for similar engineering.
