摘要
目的系统评价喘可治注射液治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法通过文献搜索收集使用喘可治注射液治疗支气管哮喘的随机对照试验,根据纳入及排除标准进行有效数据、评价质量的提取,采用Rev Man5.12软件进行Meta分析处理。结果本次共检索获得文献2146篇,经过逐层筛选共纳入文献7篇,包括456例患者,Meta分析结果显示,应用喘可治治疗的观察组与对照组相比,急性发作期有效率[OR=3.721,95%CI（1.340-1.594）,Z=7.416,P〈0.000]、慢性缓解期有效率[OR=3.904,95%CI（1.179-1.474）,Z=6.931,P〈0.000],提示喘可治注射液治疗支气管哮喘的疗效确切,观察组疗效显著优于对照组。结论喘可治在常规治疗基础上用于支气管哮喘的治疗,能够有效提高临床疗效,但该评价受纳入文献质量所限,尚需进一步选择高质量的研究进行证实。
Objective A systematic review Chuankezhi injection in the treatment of bronchial asthma clinical efficacy and safety. Methods Chuankezhi injection collected through literature searches injection in the treatment of bronchial asthma in randomized controlled trials,the effective data based on inclusion and exclusion criteria,evaluate the quality of the extraction,using Rev Man 5. 12 software for Meta- analysis and processing. Results The total retrieval obtain literature 2146,after the screening layer by layer 7 were included in the literature,including 456 patients,Meta analysis showed that application Chuankezhi injction observed treatment group compared with the control group,acute exacerbation of efficiency [OR =3. 721,95% CI（ 1. 340 - 1. 594）,Z = 7. 416,P〈0. 000],chronic remission efficiency [OR = 3. 904,95% CI（ 1. 179-1. 474）,Z = 6. 931,P〈0. 000],suggesting that the efficacy of injection Chuankezhi exact treatment of bronchial asthma,the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Chuankezhi in conventional therapy for the treatment of bronchial asthma,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,but the quality of the included studies in the review that is limited,selection of high quality requires further research confirmed.
