阐述了经济社会发展新常态下,大连市建设出租汽车服务管理信息系统的重要意义,结合经济社会发展、人民群众需要和道路运输行业实际,提出了出租汽车服务管理信息系统建设思路、服务功能、应用效果和下一步工作计划。
This paper sets forth the significance of building taxi management system in Dalian in the new normal, and puts forward construction idea, service function, application effect and work plan for the next step of the taxi management system on the basis of economic and social development, the needs of the people and reality of the road transport industry.
