摘要
中国城镇化发展虽不断加速,但城镇化质量才能真正体现城镇化水平.首先明确城镇化质量的内涵,在此基础上建立评价指标体系,以山东半岛城市群8地市为研究对象,利用熵值法计算城镇化质量得分.测算结果表明:2000年以来半岛城市群城镇化质量呈先升后降的时间变化趋势;区内8地市发展均衡性较差,空间差异明显.通过系统聚类,将8地市划分为4个发展层次,分析、揭示了各地市城镇化发展存在的质量问题,并分别提出相应发展策略.
Although China is in a fast process of urbanization, only the urbanization quality can truly embodies the urbanization level. Based on specifying the connotation of urbanization quality, the quality evaluation index system is elaborated. Taken Shandong Peninsula City Group as object of study, an entropy method is employed to measure the urbanization quality. The result shows that the urbanization quality of Shandong Peninsula City Group rises first and then fall since 2000. The urbanization quality balance of the 8 cities in the area is poor and the spatial difference turns out to be evident. And the 8 cities are classified into four categories by systematic clustering analysis. Finally it discloses and analyses the existing problems and inadequacies of urbanization of each city in detail and presents development strategy respectively.
