摘要
在党的十八大提出全面建成小康社会目标的基础上,构建了全面建成小康社会的评价指标体系和评价模型,并对河南省18个市全面建成小康社会的水平进行了评价,分析了其区域差异,据此,提出河南省提升全面建成小康社会水平与缩小区域差异的对策。
On the basis of the goal of the completion of comprehensive well-off society that is proposed in the 18th Conferenceof Representatives of CCP, the evaluation index system and evaluation model are built. Moreover, the levels of the completion ofcomprehensive well-off society of 18 cities in Henan Province are evaluated and the regional differences are analyzed. According tothe results of evaluation and analysis, some measures of enhancing the level of the completion of comprehensive well-off society andlessening the regional differences in Henan Province are put forward.
