摘要
创业沙盘演练实践教学不同于传统的教学模式,它借助专业软件、物理沙盘和游戏道具,让学生在参与式、体验式、对抗式的教学中,养成竞争和诚信意识,激发创新和团队精神,培养沟通和合作能力,提升分析和决策能力,锻炼领导和管理能力,从而逐步提升其创新素质和创新创业能力。
Entrepreneurial sand table practice teaching is different from the traditional teaching mode. h uses professional soft-ware, physical sand table and game props, making the students develop the sense of competition and integrity in participatory, expe-riential, adversarial teaching, meanwhile, stimulate the students＇ creativity and team spirit, cultivate the ability of communicationand cooperation, enhance the ability of analysis and decision-making, exercise leadership and management skills, and gradually im-prove the quality of innovation and innovation ability.
