摘要 光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)作为一种新兴的温度传感元件,灵敏度高达10 pm/℃。基于FBG的温度传感特性设计了一种针对煤矿采空区的温度场在线监测系统。提出了一种新型抗拉封装结构,经测试,其封装损耗仅为0.03 d B,抗拉强度达到了1.15 k N,防尘防水等级达到了IP64级。该系统具有安装方便、可分布式、多点连续测量、本质安全、灵敏度高、可靠性好等优点,不仅能够实时准确地监测煤矿采空区测试点的温度,而且对测得的数据通过克里金插值法还可拟合出整个采空区的温度场分布,对于采空区的安全生产具有重要意义。该系统在神华宁夏煤业集团羊场湾煤矿采空区Ⅱ020210工作面的应用表明,该系统具有很高的精度和稳定性。 Optical fiber Bragg grating( FBG) is a new temperature sensing element,whose sensitivity can be up to 10 pm / ℃.A kind of on-line system of monitoring temperature field for goaf of coal-mines based on FBG was designed,and a new kind of highintensitive encapsulation structure was presented. The test indicated that the package loss is only 0. 03 d B,and tensile strength reached 1. 15 k N,and the grade of dust-proof and water-proof reached IP64. The system has a series of advantages,such as easily installed,distributed,multi-point continuous measurement,intrinsically safe,high sensitivity,good reliability,etc.,which can not only real-time monitor the temperature of the goaf accurately,and through the data measured can fit the whole goaf temperature distribution by the Kriging interpolation method,which has important significance for safe production of goaf area. The system has been successfully applied in the goaf of Yang Changwan coal-mine in Ningxia,and the application shows that the detection system has a high accuracy and stability.
