企业档案管理工作通过借力质量管理体系运行,不断强化企业内部管理职能,加强关键环节过程控制,提升了档案管理水平,针对永平铜矿"设备档案归档难"等问题,通过加强制度管理,强化各职能部门沟通协调及设备档案归档过程控制,促使设备档案归档率达100%。
Enterprise file management work runs with the assistance of the quality management system, increasingly strengthening the internal enterprise management function, enhancing the key process control, and improving the file management level. In view of the current problems of equipment filing at Yongping Copper Mine, this mine strengthened the system management, communication and coordination of different departments, and the equipment filing process control, realizing 100% equipment filing rate.
