摘要
在分析低品位铁矿的高炉冶炼工艺的弊端的基础上,以新冶钢1780m3高炉为例,通过工业试验结果,着重分析焦炭配比对高炉透气性、煤气利用率、铁水产量以及燃料比的影响。
Based on the disadvantages analysis of blast furnace smelting process of low grade iron ore, taking Xinyegang 1 780 m3 blast furnace as an example, through the industrial test results, this paper emphatically analyzes the influence of coke ratio on blast furnace permeability, gas utilization, molten iron production and the fuel ratio.
