摘要
动车组裙板重装后若紧固不到位,存在松脱的严重后果,为此分析了CRH_(2C)动车组现车中部裙板、转向架裙板、车端裙板及其7类附属结构防松脱特点,探索出防止裙板松脱的8项控制流程,并借鉴带格栅外翻式活门裙板防松脱的成功运用经验,提出了旨在减少螺栓反复拆装、进一步降低裙板松脱风险的改造方案。
The skirt plate of EMUs will get loose or slipped if it is not fastened appropriately after reinstalling,and cause serious consequences.In this paper,the structure features of anti-loosening and anti-slipping for the central skirt plate,bogie skirt plate,end skirt plate and their seven kinds of attachments are analized,and eight control processes for anti-loosening and anti-slipping are found out.Meanwhile,the author proposes a reform scheme for reducing frequencies of remounting bolts and decreasing the risk of skirt plate loosening or slipping,based on the successful experience of anti-loosening and anti-slipping method for the eversion valve skirt plate with grille.
