摘要
钢构桥梁整体吊装工法施工具有经济、快捷、高效的特点,节省了大量的人力、物力和财力,满足桥梁现代化施工步伐加快的需要,自动化程度高,安全可靠性好。以无锡杨家圩大桥为例,由于工程横跨大运河,该运河运输繁忙,由于航道要求,缩短封航时间,桥梁安装采用"先河岸拼装再桥位合拢;先安装桥面系杆再安装拱肋合拢段"的思路进行安装,82 m主梁、主拱一次性整体吊装焊接对拱肋安装、定位测量提出较高要求;横撑处安装有镂空装饰结构,构件刚度较小,且外形要求美观,安装难度大;结构跨径较大,吊装过程中结构应力变化大,对结构的刚度及辅助措施要求高。
The bridge steel structure integral hoisting construction method has the characteristics of economy,rapidness and high efficiency, which saves the massive manpower, physical resources and financial resources.It meets the needs of quickening the speed of the construction of modern bridges, with high automation, safety and reliability. Taking the Wuxi Yangjiawei bridge as an example, due to the project across the Grand Canal,and the channel requirements of shortening the closure time, the installation of ’first riparian assembling and bridge closure, then the bridge deck assembling and arch rib closure’is made. The integral hoisting & welding of 82 m main beam and main arch raises high requirements for arch ribs installation and position measurement.Cross brace is provided with a hollow decorative structure, with small stiffness and beautiful appearance. The large structure span leads to a big change of structure stress, which requires good stiffness and auxiliary measures.
