摘要
本试验观测了闽南火鸡的生长发育特性。应用三种非线性生长模型对闽南公、母火鸡生长曲线进行拟合 ,估测生长参数 ,以 Von Bertalanffy模型的拟合度最高 ,公、母火鸡拟合度分别为 0 .999和 0 .996,说明此模型较好地反映了闽南火鸡的生长特点。结果表明 ,公火鸡生长速度明显快于母火鸡 ,公、母火鸡最大日增重分别为 32 .99g和 1 9.34g,从 60日龄开始公、母火鸡体重差异显著 ,2 1 0日龄公、母火鸡体重分别为 5 746.5 g和 2 964.3g。成年火鸡体尺性状与体重经相关分析表明 :公火鸡的体斜长、胸深、胸宽、龙骨长和体重呈极显著正相关 ;而母火鸡的体斜长、胸深、胸宽、骨盆宽 ,胫长和体重呈极显著正相关。以上结果为闽南火鸡的选育和生长预测提供了科学依据。
To make observations and comparisons of growth traits of Minnan Turkey. Using three non linear regression model, Logistic, Von Bertalanffy, Gompertz, to fit the growth curves and the goodness of fitting according to the growth factors. The highest goodness of fitting the males and females are 0.999 and 0.996 respectively with Von Bertalanffy model. The results indicated that growth rate was obviously higher in males than in females. The largest daily gains of males and females were 32.99 g and 19.34 g respectively. The body weight of them were significant difference from 60 day old to 210 day old. The body weight at 210 day old of them were 5746.5 g and 2964.3 g respectively. Relative analysis between body weight and body length? chest depth? chest width? sternum length? pelvic width? tibia length showed that many of them were significantly positive relativity besides pelvic width and tibia length in males and sternum length in females. It was concluded that the results could provide the scientific basis for breeding and feeding of Minnan turkey.
