摘要
分析了加氢反应器支持圈表面不锈钢堆焊层经常出现裂纹的主要原因,包括σ相转变、氢脆、应力集中及热应力的影响,并提出了在反应器制造与操作中可以采用的应对措施,尽可能降低出现裂纹的可能性。对于已经出现裂纹的反应器,给出了判定裂纹是否会失稳扩展的方法,该方法可以用来对现有裂纹做安全性评价,也可以用于指导支持圈的设计,在设计中留有充足的安全裕量。
In this article, the causes of crack creation in the overlay on the support ring in hydrogenation reactor were analyzed, including the effects of change of σ phase, hydrogen embrittlement, stress concentration and thermal stress. Moreover the measures in the fabrication and operation of reactor were proposed so as to decrease the possibility of crack appearance as far as possible. For the reactor in which there has been cracks, the method of determining if the cracks may expand was provided, which is also available in safety assessment and the guide to design of support ring, thus enough margin in safety may determined.
