摘要 通过对乙烯装置裂解气压缩机运行状态进行分析,得出影响裂解气压缩机系统长周期运行的主要因素为压缩机结垢、机组振动和段间换热器内漏,并对原因进行对比分析,提出了优化调整方案。同时为了补充及缓解外界氮气系统对机组干气密封的影响,增加高压氮气补入系统,确保了装置高效稳定运行。消除了裂解气压缩机不能长时间运行的问题,延长了压缩机的运行周期和运行效率。 Through the analysis of the running state of cracking gas compressor in ethylene plant,it can the concluded that the main factors that impact the long-term operation of cracking gas compressor system are compressor scaling,the vibration of compressor unit and the inner leakage of heat exchanger.After analyzing the causes,an optimized adjustment scheme is put forward.At the same time,in order to replenish nitrogen and alleviate the influence of external nitrogen system on compressor dry gas seal,a high-pressure nitrogen system is added to ensure the highly efficient and stable operation of ethylene plant,eliminate the problems affecting the long-term operation of the compressor,prolong the operation cycle and improve the operation efficiency.
