摘要
实验采用原核表达方法成功获得吉富罗非鱼m Ig D基因恒定区融合蛋白,同时利用纯化的MIGD融合蛋白,制备了兔抗MIGD多克隆抗体。ELISA检测MIGD融合蛋白效价高达1∶512 000,说明MIGD蛋白具有较强的免疫原性,可以诱导罗非鱼机体产生相应较强的免疫应答。
This experiment adoptsed prokaryotic expression methods to successfully obtain the constant region m Ig Dgene fusion protein,and polyclonal antibody against m Ig D fusion protein was raised in a New Zealand pedigree whiterabbit immunized with the purified MIGD fusion protein and the antibodytiter reached 1∶512000.This shows that theMIGD protein has strong immunogenicity,tilapia body can be induced to produce a strong immune response.
