摘要
伴随竞技体育职业化和商业化带来的巨大经济利益,出现了体育暴力、体育贿赂、体育赌博以及使用兴奋剂等犯罪行为。文章从刑法学视角分析了竞技体育犯罪在主体、主观方面、客体以及客观方面的特征,以期对规范竞技体育秩序有所裨益。
The huge economic interests brought about with the professionalization and commercialization of competitive sports give rise to sports violence,sports bribery,and crimes such as gambling and doping behavior. From the perspective of penal law,this paper discusses the features of competitive sports crimes in terms of the subject,subjective aspect,object and objective aspect in order to offer some help in regulating the order of competitive sports.
