摘要
目的对不合理处方进行调查分析,针对其原因,提出合理的解决对策,进而提升处方质量,改善合理用药。方法选取2013年8月至2014年8月佛山市第一人民医院禅城医院点评处方4880张,对不合理处方进行分类统计和评价分析。结果经分类统计后,4880张处方中,不合理处方共218张,占抽查处方总数的4.5%,其中不规范处方142张,用药不适宜处方73张,超常处方3张。造成不合理处方的主要原因为不规范处方、用药不宜处方及超常处方。结论用药过程中,医护人员及药师应提高自身的业务知识技能、审核处方及合理用药能力,进而改善合理用药水平。
Objective To investigate and analyze the irrational prescription, for the reasons put forward reasonable countermeasures,and thus enhance the quality of prescription, improve rational drug use.Methods From August 2013 to August 2014 in our hospital prescriptions Review 4880,the irrational prescription statistical classification and evaluation and analysis.Results After the statistics of 4880 prescriptions, total prescriptions unreasonable 218, accounting for 4.5% percentage of the total number of checks,irrational prescription prescription irregularities 142,suitable for prescription medication and extraordinary 73 prescriptions 3.The main reasons for unreasonable repeat prescription medication,prescription is not standardized, inappropriate usage and dosage,combination therapy is not appropriate and inappropriate indications like.Conclusion The course of medication, health care workers and pharmacists should improve their professional knowledge and skills, the ability to audit prescription and rational use of medicines, thereby improving the level of rational drug use.
