摘要
目的探讨河北省内药物经济学发展状况。方法分别以"药物经济学""成本-效果分析""成本-效用分析""成本-效益分析""最小成本分析"和"河北"为关键词在中国期刊全文数据库和中文期刊全文数据库中检索1990年1月至2014年12月相关资料,并且对其进行筛选、分类,同时逐篇进行分析。结果近十年来,虽然河北省内药物经济学相关文献研究数量相对于1990—2001年明显增加,但文献中还存在研究作者区域集中及研究方法、研究主体单一等问题。结论建议加强对《中国药物经济学评价指南》的推广、加大对药物经济学教育的重视以及建立良好的交流平台。
Objective To explore the development of the pharmaceutical economics in Hebei Province.MethodsRespectively in pharmacoeconomics＂,＂cost effectiveness analysis＂,＂cost utility analysis＂,＂cost benefit analysis＂, ＂minimum cost analysis＂and＂Hebei＂as keywords in Chinese Journal Full-text Database and Chinese journals full text database retrieval 1990 January 2014 to December related information and the were screening,classification, at the same time by discourse analysis.Results In the past ten years,although the number of literature related to drug economics in Hebei province has increased significantly compared with 1990-2001,there are still some problems in the literature,such as the regional concentration and research methods of the study authors,and the single subject. Conclusion The government should enchance the research ofThe China pharmacoeconomic evaluation guidelines. The college and universities should emphasis on pharmacoeconomic education and the committee establish a good communication platform.
