摘要
目的:研制开发一种微量移液枪头的自动排序成盒装置,以节省研究人员的时间,提高实验效率。方法:自动排序成盒装置由梯形双开漏斗型盒体、"八"字型坡度管排、夹持梳子薄板构成。将一袋无序的枪头倒入双开漏斗型盒体内,枪头经分流沿"八"字型坡度管部滑向两侧,管部末端上方放置夹持梳子薄板,待夹持梳子薄板载满枪头后将其向上水平提起,即可将枪头转到枪头盒中,完成枪头的排序工作。结果:该装置节省了研究人员徒手插枪头的时间,提高了实验效率。结论:该装置易于操作、普及性强,值得推广使用。
Objective To develop an automatic ordering and encasement device for simple pipette tips. Methods The device was composed of a shell with a shape of trapezoidal double funnel, a splay slope tube row and a pectinate holding pIate. The tips were dropped into the shell, and then slid to both sides through the tube row. The peetinate holding plate above the end of the mechanism was lifted after it was filled with tips, and then the tips were placed into a box to complete the ordering and encasement. Results The device eliminated the defects due to manual operation. Conclusion The device is easy to operate, and is worthy popularizing practically.
