摘要
目的:观察康痔丸治疗湿热下注型Ⅱ期内痔的临床疗效。方法:将100例湿热下注型Ⅱ期内痔患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。对照组予口服消肿痔疮胶囊治疗,治疗组予口服自制康痔丸,治疗14 d后评价治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.0%,对照组总有效率为74.0%,两组综合疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用康痔丸治疗湿热下注型Ⅱ期内痔疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Kangzhi pill on phase II hemorrhoids with damp heat invasion of lower energizer. Methods： The 60 patients of phase II hemorrhoids with damp heat invasion of lower energizer were randomly divided into treatment and control groups with 50 in each. Patients were treated by Xiaozhong Zhichuang capsule （消肿痔疮胶囊） in control group and Kangzhi pill in treatment group. The clinical efficacy was evaluated in 14 days. Results： The total efficiency was 88.0% in treatment group and 74. 0% in control group; the efficacy between the two groups showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. The symptoms score between the two groups showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Kangzhi pill can provide definite curative effect on phase II hemorrhoids with damp heat invasion of lower energizer.
