摘要
目前工程中基本未见临近既有无砟轨道高速铁路路基填筑案例。曲阜~临沂城际铁路需要在京沪高铁的曲阜东站接轨,接轨段城际铁路需与京沪无砟高铁正线并行,线间距最小仅6.5m,城际铁路的路基荷载及填筑施工对京沪正线会造成沉降变形影响,需要重点研究变形控制的工程措施。文章通过数值分析,从沉降、经济性和施工干扰等角度综合对比了微型钢管桩加固、CFG桩加固、高压旋喷桩加固、基底换填轻质混凝土四种地基处理方案的优缺点,提出了最佳处理方案。经分析,结合静压法施工对天然地基进行微型桩加固,采用质轻高强、不需压实的轻质混凝土填筑施工等措施,大幅降低了路基填筑及施工干扰风险。该方案可为类似工程提供技术参考,具有一定的工程应用价值。
There is no existing case of roadbed filling beside the existing ballast- less track high speed railway,QufuLinyi interurban railway will connect the Jing-hu high speed railway at Qufu east railway station,the connection part railway will be parallel to the mail line of Jing-hu high speed railway,the minimum distance between the connection part railway and Jing-hu high speed railway just is 6. 5 m. The loading and the fill construction of the interurban railway will lead to settlement deformation of Jing-hu high speed railway,the control engineering measures should be studied. The simulation works have been done in this paper,and the deformation,economy and construction disturbance were analyzed to select the best construction measure,as to reduce the influence to Jing-hu high speed railway. The simulation results show that using the mini steel tube pile to reinforce the natural subsoil and replacing the embankment fill material with lightweight concrete will greatly reduce the rick of embankment filling and construction disturbance,which can provide technical reference for similar projects,has certain enginearing application value.
