用于薄板冲裁、拉深的凹凸模一般选用Cr12MoV钢制造。Cr12MoV钢拉深凹凸模发生早期断裂。分析表明,该凹凸模失效的主要原因是模具中残留奥氏体含量过多,碳化物大小不均匀,导致凹凸模薄弱处萌生疲劳裂纹,在拉应力的作用下裂纹迅速扩展并疲劳脆断。
Generally, concave-convex die used for blanking or drawing sheet steel is made of Cr12MoV steel. One type of drawing concave-convex die of Cr12MoV steel fails early in service. From investigation it was seen that the die failure was mainly attributed to excessively more residual austenite and non-uniformity of carbide size present in the die, resulting in initiation of fatigue crack in the weak place of the die, and rapid expansion of crack under tensile stress, and finally fatigue failure.
