摘要
受传统办学观念的影响,地方高校美术教育在学科定位、师资队伍、教学内容、与企业合作等各方面并没有凸显地方文化特色,这就需要地方高校明确专业定位与地方特色,提升师资队伍文化特色培养,教学内容以地方文化为主,尝试与地方企业合作等,这些对策一方面可以使学生对地方文化有个基本的了解,同时提升学生美术学习的实用性;另一方面使地方高校美术教育更好地适应现代社会的发展需求。
Influenced by traditional educational conception, local universities did not highlight local cultural characteristics in discipline orientation, teaching staff, teaching content, cooperation with enterprises and so on. This requires local universities to clarify professional orientation and local characteristics, improve teachers＇ cultural characteristics, make sure the teaching content is based on local culture, try to cooperate with local enterprises. These countermeasures on the on hand can give the students a basic understanding of local culture and enhance the practicability of art learning; on the other hand they can make the fine arts education in local universities better to adapt to the demand of the development of modern society.
