摘要
大学适应贯穿于整个大学阶段,它包括学习适应、专业认同、生活适应和心理适应。为提高大学适应性,高校应该及时开展新生入学教育,持续渗透专业思想教育,尽早引入职业生涯规划教育,依托校园文化开展素质教育,积极开展心理健康教育。
College adaptation exists throughout the University,it includes learning adaptation,professional identity,life adaptation and psychological adaptation. In order to improve the adaptability of college,the college should carry out the entrance education,continued penetration of professional education,vocational career planning education,quality education based on the campus culture,and mental health education as soon as possible.
