摘要
目的研究前列地尔注射液联合鼠神经生长因子治疗特发性面神经麻痹。方法选择神经内科根据起病症状、过程与体征诊断为特发性面神经麻痹的患者92例,随机将患者分成实验组和对照组,每组46例。两组均按照常规疗法给药治疗,实验组加用前列地尔注射液联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果实验组Portmann评分在15天与22天优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者康复率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液联合鼠神经生长因子治疗特发性面神经麻痹效果显著。
Objective To study the nerve growth factor combined with Alprostadil Injection in the treatment of idiopathic facial palsy.Methods Selected 92 patients with neurology in our hospital according to the onset of symptoms and signs of the process of diagnosis of idiopathic facial.paralysis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group had 46 cases.Two groups were in accordance with the conventional therapy to the treatment,the experimental group with alprostadil injection combined with mouse nerve growth factor treatment,analyzed the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The experimental group portmann scores in 15 day and 22 day were significantly superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,recovery rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Alprostadil injection combined with mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of idiopathic facial nerve paralysis have significant effect.
