四种心肌标志物联合检测在急性心梗诊断中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究在急性心梗诊断中应用四种心肌标志物联合检测的效果。方法选取2015年1月~2015年12月在我院收治的胸前区部位疼痛86例患者作为研究对象,其中确诊为急性心梗46例患者为观察组,40例排除急性心梗患者为对照组,两组患者均进行四种心肌标志物联合检测,比较分析检测结果。结果观察组四种心肌标志物水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在急性心梗诊断中,采用四种心肌标志物联合检测,能够准确诊断病情,为临床治疗提供依据。 Objective To study the four kinds of cardiac markers in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction combined detection results.Methods Selected 86 patients from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital,which was diagnosed in 46 patients with acute myocardial infarction as the observation group,40 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were excluded the control group,patients in both groups were four kinds of cardiac markers,comparative analysis of test results.Results Four patients cardiac markers level was significantly higher in patients compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction,cardiac markers using four kinds of combined detection,can accurately diagnose the illness provide an important basis for clinical treatment.
