摘要
目的探析中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年1月~2015年12月收治的82例病毒性心肌炎患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组41例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组采取中西医结合治疗,比较两组治疗的疗效。结果研究组总有效率为97.56%与对照组的63.41%比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;研究组心电图恢复的总有效率为92.68%与对照组的65.85%比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床效果确切。
Objective To analysis the clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods 82 cases of patients with viral myocarditis were chosen in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015, which were randomly divided into research group and the control group, each group of 41 cases, control group given conventional western medicine treatment, reseach group given the combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, compared two groups of curative effect of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the reseach group was 97.56%. Compared with 63.41% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05, the electrocardiogram to restore the total effective rate of the reseach group was 92.68%. Compared with 65.85% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of viral myocarditis is exact.
