摘要
目的探讨保妇康栓联合雌激素治疗老年性阴道炎的效果。方法随机将150例老年性阴道炎患者平均分为两组,观察组实行保妇康栓与雌激素软膏治疗,对照组实行甲硝唑治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的总有效率、不良反应发生率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合雌激素治疗老年性阴道炎效果理想。
Objective To investigate the effect of Baofukang suppository combined estrogen in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 150 casesof patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group was used about Baofukang suppository combined with estrogen ointment, and control group received metronidazole, to compare the clinical effect about two groups. Results The total rate of efficiency and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of observation group were better than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Baofukang suppository combined estrogen in the treatment of senile vaginitis is ideal.
