摘要
目的探讨RNA恒温扩增实时荧光检测技术(SAT)快速检测肺结核的效果。方法对2015年9月~2016年4月在我院临床确诊100例肺结核患者和100例疑似肺结核的患者的痰液分别用SAT法,并与其他方法进行对比。结果 100例BD-960阳性患者中TB-SAT阳性例数为98例;100例BD-960阴性患者中TB-SAT阳性例数为13例。结论 SAT技术用于实验室检测结核分枝杆菌临床价值较高。
Objective To study the RNA thermostatic expansion real-time fluorescence detection technology(SAT) rapid detection of tuberculosis. Methods 100 cases of tuberculosis patients and 100 cases of patients with suspected tuberculosis sputum in the SAT method respectively were compared from September 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital, and compared with other methods. Results 100 cases of BD-960 in patients with positive TB-SAT positive cases of 98 cases. in 100 patients with BD-960 negative TB-SAT positive cases for 13 patients. Conclusion The SAT technology used in laboratory detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis high clinical value.
