摘要
该研究以热带假丝酵母(Candida tropicalis)为出发菌株,以竹笋壳水解液为木糖来源,进行木糖醇生物转化。对木糖发酵工艺中的起始pH、发酵温度、装液量、接种量及转速进行优化,确定最佳条件。结果表明,在起始pH 6.0、发酵温度35℃、装液量60 mL/250 mL、接种量8%和转速160 r/min条件下,木糖醇质量浓度为(10.8±0.2)mg/mL,转化率达到(61.5±2.5)%。
Using Candida tropicalis as the original strain, bamboo shell hydrolyzate as source of xylose, the xylitol was transformed. The initial pH, fermentation temperature, liquid volume, inoculum and rotate speed in xylose fermentation process were optimized and the optimum conditions were determined. The results showed that in the conditions of initial pH 6.0, fermentation temperature 35 ℃, liquid volume 60 ml/250 ml, inoculum 8% and rotate speed 160 r/min, the content ofxylitol was (10.8±0.2) mg/ml and the convert ratio was (61.5±2.5)%.
