摘要
目的探讨天芪降糖胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病患者的疗效及对患者血脂代谢的影响。方法将108例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用天芪降糖胶囊治疗。两组疗程均为8周。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后血糖代谢、肾功能指标及血脂指标水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)治疗后下降(P<0.05);治疗组Hb A1c、FPG、2h PG治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)治疗后下降(P<0.05);治疗组BUN、Scr治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)治疗后减少,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)增加(P<0.05);治疗组LDL-C、TG、TC低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论天芪降糖胶囊联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效显著,可明显改善血脂代谢,具有重要研究价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tian Qi Tang capsule combined with western medicine on diabetic nephropathy and its effect on blood lipid metabolism. Methods 108 cases of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine western medicine,observation group was treated with Tian Qi Tang capsule on the basis of control group. The course of treatment was 8 weeks in both groups. Blood glucose metabolism,renal function indexes and blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（ 90. 74%） were higher than that of the control group（ 74. 07%）（ P〈0. 05）; Hb A1 c,FPG,2h PG in both groups decreased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）; Hb A1 c,FPG,2h PG of observation group was lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05） after treatment; BUN,Scr of both groups decreased after treatment（ P〈0. 05）; BUN,Scr of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）; LDL- C,TG,TC of the observation group decreased after treatment,HDL- C increased（ P〈0.05）; LDL- C,TG,TC of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,HDL- C was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion The combination of the Tian Qi Tang capsule and western medicine is significant to improve blood lipid metabolism with important researching value in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
