摘要
风电、太阳能等绿色能源的发展和用电设备不断更新导致电网中的波动负荷加剧。对波动负荷下的电能计量提出了挑战。现行标准电能表的校准都是基于稳定负荷的,无法确定波动负荷下测量准确性。本文探讨研究了一种动态电能功率标准表,对硬件结构和软件系统做了详细的分析和论证,给出了设计标准表的要点。样机在实验室环境中通过初步对比校准,得到设计准确度优于0.02级。该种设计方法对标准动态电能表的研制具有实际的参考价值。
The development of green energy,like wind power,solar,and the refreshment of electric equipment increase the fluctuate load.This challenges the measurement of meter under fluctuate load.Current standard electric energy meter calibration is based on stable load,unable to determine the accuracy of measurement with fluctuate load.This paper introduces the design of a standard dynamic power meter.By given a detailed analysis and verification,this paper describes the key design point from the hardware structure to software structure.Under preliminary comparison calibration,the accuracy of the design is better than 0.02 in laboratory environment.Its design method has practical reference value for standard dynamic power meter.
