摘要
为了对高压输电线路功率因数及有功功率等电量参数进行实时监测,以便实时了解输电线路电量参数状况,传统输电线路功率因数及有功功率等电量参数的测量需要在输电线路上挂接电压互感器和电流互感器,这种测量方法不仅需要高昂的投资,而且安装互感器占用空间加大,且容易遭受雷击,为了解决上述问题本文提出一种基于电场法非接触获得电压相位信号,并利用穿心开口式电流互感器、专用电能质量芯片和无线射频技术实现高压输电线路功率因数及有功功率等电量参数实时测量的新方法 ,利用该方法研制了电量参数测量装置,并经现场试验,测量精度满足实际测量要求。
In order to make real-time monitoring on electricity parameters of high voltage to observe the status of the transmission lines power parameters, such as power factor and active power, traditional measurement needs to hang voltage transformer and current transformer on lines. This method costs high investment, and the installation of transformers takes up more space, moreover, it is vulnerable to lightning strike. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method to get voltage phase signal without contact based on electric field, and it takes advantage of straight-through current transformer, special electric energy metering chips and radio frequency technology to realize a new method for power parameters measurement. With this method, this paper develops new measurement device on power parameters. It is verified that the measurement accuracy satisfies the requirement of actual measurement.
