摘要 瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型2(TRPV2)属于瞬时受体电位离子通道家族,是一种非选择性阳离子配体门控通道。现有研究表明TRPV2在某些癌症类型和肿瘤细胞系中表达过量,在一些癌细胞中,通过TRPV2的激活剂(生长因子、激素、大麻素)激活TRPV2,发现TRPV2参与肿瘤细胞生长、细胞死亡和转移,因此TRPV2对肿瘤的发生具有重要作用。我们就TRPV2在膀胱肿瘤、前列腺肿瘤和神经胶质瘤中的影响做简要综述。 Transient receptor potential vanilloid 2(TRPV2), which is a ligand gated non-selective cation chan-nel, belongs to the transient receptor potential channel family. It showed that TRPV2 was overexpressed in certaintypes of cancer and cell lines of tumor cells. In some types of cancers, the triggering of TRPV2 by activators(growth factors, hormones and cannabinoids), the results showed that TRPV2 was thought to be involved ingrowth, death, or migration of tumor cells. So, the TRPV2 might play an important role in tumor tumor growthand progression. In this article we reviewed the effects of TRPV2 on bladder cancer, prostate cancer and glioma.
