摘要
目的:分析中药注射剂不良反应发生的原因及对策,促进中药注射剂在临床上的合理应用。方法:通过查阅中药注射剂不良反应相关文献,收集相关病例123例,探讨、总结中药注射剂不良反应发生的原因以及对策。结果:123例不良反应研究表明,中药注射剂不良反应发生的原因有临床使用不合理、注射剂质量问题等。结论:中药注射剂不良反应应该引起临床医师和药师的足够重视,应不断加强中药注射剂相关知识的学习和实践,确保中药注射剂的临床合理应用;药品生产企业需加强对药品质量的控制,确保安全用药。
Objective：To analysis the reasons and countermeasures of adverse drug reactions（ADR）induced by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）injections,in order to improve the rational use of TCM injections in clinical.Methods：By searching literature about ADR of TCM,129 relevant cases was collected.And the reasons and countermeasures about the ADR of TCM injection were discussed and summarized.Results：The 123 cases shown that the reseasons of the ADR include unreasonable use in clinical,quality problems of the injections and so on.Conclusion：The Clinicians and Clinical pharmacists should attached great attention to the ADR of TCM,by strengthening the study and practice of Chinese medicine knowledge to ensure the rational use of TCM injections in clinical.Pharmaceutical manufacturers need to strengthen the quality control of TCM injections,in order to ensure the safety of medication.
