摘要 采用宏观检验、化学成分分析、断口微观分析、金相检测等方法,分析了不锈钢耐腐蚀离心泵叶轮裂缝的形成原因。结果表明,铸件未经有效固溶热处理,并且含有夹杂、缩孔等铸造缺陷,造成叶轮耐蚀性下降,受圆盘摩擦损失影响,产生腐蚀裂缝。最后,基于原因分析提出了两点改进措施。 The causes of the impeller crack of the stainless steel corrosion-resisting centrifugal pump were analyzed by macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, fracture microscopic analysis and metallographic examination. The results show that the castings have not effective solution heat treatment and have defects such as inclusion and shrinkage which leads to the degradation of corrosion-resisting performance. So, under the influence of disk friction loss, corrosion crack of the castings forms. Finally, two improvement measures were proposed based on the reason analysis.
