摘要
介绍了核电厂蒸汽发生器用安全一级SA213 T22传热管国产化制造工艺,摸索出合理的热处理工艺,并对试制的SA213 T22传热管的化学成分、金相组织和力学性能等进行了分析,开展了49928.5台时、550℃高温持久试验,外推了105h的高温持久强度极限。上述试验结果均满足设计要求,对SA213 T22传热管国产化批量生产具有指导意义。
The localization manufacturing process of safety class one SA213 T22 transfer heat tubes which will be used for steam generator of nuclear power plant was introduced. The chemical composition, metallographic microstructure and mechanical properties of SA213 T22 heat transfer tubes were analyzed. High temperature permanence performance test at 550℃ for total 49928.5 machine hour was carried out. High temperature permanence intension limit for 105h was extrapolated by using isotherm method. All the test results can meet the design requirements, which has an important guiding significance for the localization of SA213 T22 heat transfer tube for mass production.
