摘要
用粉末冶金法制备了含有合金元素Pb及Sn的高铜碳刷,研究了合金元素对显微组织结构及基本性能的影响,用含缺陷的对偶材料在销盘式摩擦磨损试验机上进行了摩擦磨损试验。结果表明:Pb的添加降低了碳刷的硬度、压溃强度、导电性及耐磨性,增加了密度,减小了孔隙率;Sn的添加提高了碳刷的密度、硬度、压溃强度和耐磨性,降低了导电性及孔隙率,得到了最均匀组织。摩擦副的缺陷加速了碳刷的磨损。
High copper carbon brush with alloying elements Pb and Sn was prepared by powder metallurgy. The effects of alloying elemelats on the microstructure and basic performance were studied. Friction-wear test was conducted on pin-on-disc friction wear machine using defected friction pair. The results show that adding Pb, the hardness, crushing strength, conductivity, wear resistance and porosity of the carbon brushes reduce, then, the density increases. Adding Sn, the hardness, crushing strength and wear resistance of the sample improve, then, the porosity and conductivity reduce. The most uniform microstrucmre can be obtained. The defects on the friction pair accelerate the wear of the carbon brush.
