摘要
中锰钢在逆转变奥氏体(Austenite Reverted Transformation,ART)退火处理后具有优异强塑性,符合第三代汽车用先进高强度钢的发展要求。本文分析了ART退火工艺与中锰钢强塑机制的关系,概述了退火温度和时间对其综合力学性能的影响,并讨论了中锰钢(4wt%~8wt%Mn)在塑性变形过程中的主要强塑机制。
The medium-Mn steel after austenite reverted transformation (ART) annealing treatment has the excellent strength and plasticity,which accords with the development requirements of advanced high strength steels for third generation vehicles. The relationships between ART-annealing process and mechanisms of the strength and plastics of the medium-Mn steel were analyzed. The effects of annealing temperature and time on mechanical properties of the medium-Mn steel were summarized. And the main mechanisms of the strength and plastics of medium-Mn (4wt% -8wt%Mn) steel in the process of plastic deformation were discussed.
