摘要
以氯化镧、氟化铵为原料、硅烷偶联剂为表面修饰剂制备LaF_3胶体,通过相转移法将制备的LaF_3胶体转移至油酸甲酯中,得到粒径为40nm的纳米LaF_3添加剂;结合离心沉降法和升温法研究纳米LaF_3在100N基础油中的分散稳定性和高温稳定性,利用四球试验机考察纳米LaF_3添加剂的摩擦学性能,利用SEM与EDS手段分析磨损钢球表面的磨斑形貌。结果表明,纳米LaF_3添加剂在100N基础油中具有良好的分散稳定性、极压抗磨及减摩性能,磨损钢球表面磨痕明显减轻,主要是在磨损表面生成含La、F等元素的保护膜。
The nano LaF_3 additive with 40 nm diameter was prepared by using lanthanum chloride,ammonium fluoride as raw materials,silane coupling agent as a surface modification agent to obtain colloid LaF_3 first and then transfer it into methyl oleate by phase transfer method. Centrifugal sedimentation method and heating method were used to test the dispersion stability and high temperature stability of nano LaF_3 in 100N base oil.Tribological properties of nano LaF_3 additive were studied with a four-ball wear test machine,and tested steel ball surface were investigated by SEM and EDS. The results show that nano LaF_3 additive in 100 N base oil has a good dispersion stability with excellent extreme pressure,anti-wear and friction-reducing properties. The wear scar of steel balls surface is significantly reduced due to formation of surface protective film containing La,F elements.
