摘要
目的研究玄胡索散及其拆方对补骨脂素与异补骨脂素溶出量的影响。方法将玄胡索散拆方提取后,采用HPLC法,ES Industries Epic Polar C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长246 nm,柱温25℃进行测定,分析补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的溶出量。结果玄胡索散拆方前后补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的溶出量变化明显,单因素方差分析与SNK检验结果显示,各拆方组与全方组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论当归、牛膝有助于补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的溶出,而延胡索抑制二者的溶出。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xuan Hu Suo San and its disassembled prescriptions on dissolution of psoralen and isopsoralen. Methods The dissolution of psoralen and isopsoralen in Xuan Hu Suo San and its disassembled prescriptions were determined by HPLC,using ES Industries Epic Polar C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with methanol and water(55∶45)as mobile phase at 25 ℃ with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and detection wavelength of 246 nm. Results The dissolution of psoralen and isopsoralen had great changes among Xuan Hu Suo San and its disassembled prescriptions,and the analysis of variance and SNK showed that there were significant differences among Xuan Hu Suo San and its disassembled prescriptions(P〈0.05). Conclusion Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae are helpful to the dissolution of psoralen and isopsoralen from Fructus Psoraleae,while Rhizoma Corydalis can inhibit the dissolution of psoralen and isopsoralen.
